As an independent nonprofit organization, Banyan High School is governed by a dedicated group of community leaders who put our students’ needs first, provide fiduciary oversight of public funds, and ensure compliance with all policies required by the Ohio Department of Education.

PUBLIC NOTICE
NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
Notice is hereby given that the Board of Directors of Banyan High School (“School”) will hold a public hearing on September 11, 2025, at 4:00 p.m. at Riverside Academy, 3280 River Road, Cincinnati, Ohio 45204. The purpose of the hearing is to receive public comments regarding a proposed resolution which would allow the School to exceed the statutory time limitations on the preparation for and administration of state and schoolwide assessments.
Notice is hereby given that the date of the meeting of the Board of Directors of Banyan High School scheduled for Thursday, August 14, 2025 at 4:00 p.m. has been changed to August 25, 2025 at 4:00 pm. The purpose of this meeting is to consider various administrative matters and such other general business that may properly come before the Board of Directors. Please check the School’s website at https://banyanhigh.org/ for potential updates to the meeting information or for changes to future meetings.
