As an independent nonprofit organization, Banyan High School is governed by a dedicated group of community leaders who put our students’ needs first, provide fiduciary oversight of public funds, and ensure compliance with all policies required by the Ohio Department of Education.

Board Meetings
The Banyan High School Board will meet monthly. Notices for re-scheduled meetings or additional meetings will be posted on the school's website and posted at the school.
NOTICE
The Board of Directors has called an emergency board meeting on February 18th, 2026 at 3 pm at St. Bernard Library 10 McClelland Ave., Cincinnati, OH. Join via zoom here: https://us06web.zoom.us/j/83050340319.
The Board of Directors will consider adopting the Attendance Policy below at the board meeting held on February 12, 2026. Parents, guardians, other persons having care of a student, and other members of the community are encouraged to provide input regarding the proposed Policy either at the Board meeting or via email to [email protected]. We ask that email correspondence include “Banyan High School – Attendance Policy” in the subject line. The Board of Directors will consider any public comment made prior to approving the Policy.
